2011年3月31日上午9：30—11：30，公司2010年度业绩推介会在上海紫金山大酒店举行。出席本次业绩推介会的股东及投资者超过七十人，其中包括中信证券、申银万国、国泰君安等十六家证券公司，汇添富、交银施罗德、国联安、太平洋保险等十七家机构投资者，以及近二十名来自上海本地、杭州的个人投资者。
    2010 Roadshow of the Company was presented at 9:30 to 11:30 on March 31st, 2011 in Shanghai Purple Mountain Hotel.  More than 70 shareholders and investors attended the Roadshow.   Among the aforesaid shareholders and investors, 16 are from securities companies -- CITICS, Shenyin &Wanguo Securities, Guotai Junan Securities and etc; 17 are from organizational investors -- China Universal Asset Management Co., Bank of Communications Schroders, GTJA Allianz Funds, CPIC and etc; and the rest 20 are individual investors from Shanghai and Hangzhou.

    公司总裁李叶青先生、副总裁、董事会秘书王锡明先生、副总裁孔玲玲女士等三人出席本次推介会，现场回答投资者提问并同投资者进行交流。推介会历时两个小时，在与会人员热烈的掌声中圆满地结束。
    CEO of the Company Mr. Li Yeqing, VP/Secretary to the Board Mr. Wang Ximing, VP Ms. Kong Lingling took part in the Roadshow.  During the Roadshow, they answered investors’ questions and communicated with them.  The Roadshow lasted for 2 hours, and ended in the big applause of all attendees.

    本次业绩推介分为两个部分：
    The Roadshow included 2 parts:

    第一部分由公司副总裁、董事会秘书王锡明先生介绍公司2010年度的业绩情况和2011年发展思路；
    Part One: VP/Secretary to the Board Mr. Wang Ximing introduced the performance of the Company in 2010 and the developing plan of the Company for 2011;
